10 step candidate process from application to opening

Step.1
Submit the application form
After completing and submitting the Confidential Application Form, a Peaked Pies Representative will contact you to set up a first meeting.

Step.2
First Meeting
During the first meeting, we get to know each other. We discuss your goals, aspirations, and your franchised business. We also review your application form and the necessary financial requirements. We will answer all your preliminary questions.

Second Meeting
You are provided with general copies of our Franchise Disclosure Document and our Franchise Agreement. For these, we require a refundable deposit, equal to 20% of the franchise fee.

Third Meeting
We answer all your Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement questions and encourage you to visit all our stores and speak with existing franchisees.

Fourth Meeting
Based on all previous information, Peaked Pies presents you with a location for your review.

Fifth Meeting
Acceptance of location. You will now be presented with site-specific agreements. You will have 16 days to review.

Welcome to the team
Sign all related agreements and complete any remaining deposits and fees.

Schedule Store Opening Activities
This includes training, determining the store opening date, providing your initial staff with training, hosting a grand opening party, receiving support from Peaked Pies Head Office, and implementing local area marketing plan activities.

Construction
We will oversee and assist in the coordination of construction to ensure your new location is transformed precisely into a Peaked Pies operation. Construction can vary, but typically takes approx. 3 months.

Opening Day
Today you open the doors to your guests! We will be there to assist you with your grand opening and support you throughout your Peaked Pies operation!
